*Physicals performed by Hospitality Health Quick Care are not to replace comprehensive annual wellness visits with your primary care provider.

**Prescription refills not available for controlled substances or ongoing refills; only for patients who need a one-time refill to bridge until their follow-up appointment on chronic, non-habit-forming, non-controlled substances.

Work-Related Injuries

We provide complete diagnostic and treatment services for all injuries, conditions, and illnesses that are sustained at your place of work, which include but are not limited to: muscle strains or sprains, cuts and lacerations, repetitive motion injuries, accidents, and more. You can choose to be seen as a walk in or schedule an appointment if you do not require immediate treatment. We also accept worker’s compensation insurance for payment.

Physicals

At Hospitality Health Quick Care, we offer the following types of physical exams for your family’s convenience: sports physicals, most children’s school physicals, general employment physicals, Department of Transportation/DOT physicals, and standard health physicals for adults including basic insurance screening physicals. We can also complete return to sports, work, or play physicals for mild illnesses.

 

While sports and school physicals can determine your child’s current state of health and ability to participate safely in sports and school activities, it is not a replacement for the standard well-child exam given by a pediatrician.

 

The standard health physical we offer for adults (all patients aged 18 years and older) is an excellent preventive measure for assessing your current state of health and for identifying any condition or illness that may have been previously overlooked. However, it is a separate procedure and is not a substitute for the annual wellness checkup you would receive from your general or family physician. We perform general employment physicals as required by your current or potential employer to assess your fitness and ability to physically perform the required job duties. We also conduct DOT physicals in accordance with government regulations with certified examiners, to certify your physical, emotional, and mental fitness in operating a commercial motor vehicle.

Drug Screens

We conduct both drug and alcohol testing , which includes, but is not limited to: Labcorp urine drug testing, 12 panel rapid urine testing, breath alcohol testing, and more. All drug screening is performed in strict compliance to federal and state regulations to ensure fairness, accuracy, confidence, and peace of mind. We can also perform DOT breath alcohol and urine drug testing. 

Immunizations for Employment

We offer immunization services for adults including tetanus and influenza and can provide prescriptions for other mandatory vaccinations for employment


Need proof of previous vaccination? We can test for antibodies to common vaccinations such as MMR and varicella, commonly referred to as a "titer".
